Neuro-linguistic Programming

I first encountered the concept of NLP back in 2007 and learnt that despite my success with CasinoMan, there were more things I needed to find out about myself, and that communication was the key.



It was both internal communication with myself, and also improving external communications which appealed to me. NLP is a way of thinking that was introduce in the 1970s which studies the connection between language, behavioural patterns learned through experience or "programming", and the neurological processes which appear in the brain.



I loved the idea of being able to understand oneself in much more clarity than ever before, and NLP provided ways in which to unlock the unconscious mind and reveal things which I might have buried deep but needed to resolve.



We all have issues in our lives, a person without problems isn't a person at all. Sometimes the problems are good problems to have, such as which chocolate bar to eat, but sometimes the problems are ones which hold us back from out potential.



You see, understanding yourself is the key to unlocking the potential you have within you. Many people hold themselves back without even knowing it, and the tools and techniques you can learn through NLP will help you to realise those reasons and overcome them with ease.



Subsequently I trained as an NLP practitioner and I am certified to level 3 which is the highest level of training. As with anything I do, I like to excel and push myself to the limits. This is a particular programming which I have in my mindset and has helped me a lot in my years.

These days I use NLP techniques in everything I do, from marketing materials to daily conversations and all the way through to the work I do with mentoring business and personal clients. It is especially useful for the charity work I do with The Prince's Trust.
