You don't always need an agency. Sometimes what you need is someone who has spent years in the seller's chair to look at your business once a month and tell you straight what they'd do next.
That's what this is.
I've been selling on Amazon for around nine years. I built EDCAN, the company behind the seven-figure brand Martian Made, without outside investment, and this year it earned me a shortlist for Consumer Entrepreneur of the Year (London and South East) at the Great British Entrepreneur Awards. Martian Made has also picked up a Prestige Award and a Business Elite Award along the way.
I source directly from factories in China, I built my own PPC automation system, and Airtable recently invited me into its MVP programme. Before all that I ran a web design and technology business for 14 years, and I've been doing SEO for about as long.
So when you bring me a problem, there's a decent chance I've already had it myself.
So why would someone running a seven-figure brand give their time to other founders?
Honestly, because I've needed this myself for years and never found it. At the critical moments, when a big decision was sitting in front of me, what I wanted was a peer. Someone who'd built something too, who I could bash out ideas and strategy with before committing.
I never had that. So I'm offering it.
How it works
Think of it like having an experienced cook taste your sauce. I'll tell you it needs salt, or the heat's too high, or you've skipped a step. I won't take over the stove.
This is founder-level strategic advice only. I don't run your accounts, build your listings or manage your team. You and your people do the doing. I help you decide what's worth doing, whether that's PPC, a product launch, sourcing and factories, pricing and margins, automating the busywork, or the thing you're about to spend money on and aren't sure about.
• One slot per brand, £1,500 a month. You get an 8-hour bank of my time each month to use however suits you. Unused hours don't roll over.
• Recorded Zoom sessions. You can go back over anything we covered, and between sessions you can reach me by email or WhatsApp.
• Simple terms. Billed monthly in advance, 3-month minimum, then rolling monthly with 30 days' notice.
Who it's for (and who it isn't)
I only work with a select few brands at a time. That's deliberate. I've got my own business to run, and I'd rather do a proper job for a few founders than a thin one for lots.
I don't take on brands in sleep, bedding or home fragrance, or anyone competing with Martian Made. That's only fair to both of us.
I also don't take on everyone, and you shouldn't hire just anyone either. So it starts with a conversation.
