Coaching, Mentorship and Advisory Services
Throughout my entrepreneurial career, one of the most valuable resources that has helped me in more ways than one is the advice and guidance of more experienced individuals who were there when I needed them.
There are distinct differences between a coach and a mentor. A mentor is there to provide advice, to lean on experience and give insights, whereas a coaches role should be one that leads a person to the answers themselves or to provide exercises or techniques to improve or adapt to new tasks.
Imagine an athlete, a coach is there to help train them, but a mentor is one who typically has been there and can tell them more insightful knowledge gained through experience.
I've had the privilege to work with The Prince's Trust is the past as a business mentor to under-privileged young adults looking to make their first steps into the business world. I've gained a lot of experience through this role, and of course in my 16 years in the technology business.
Furthermore, I've undertaken a series of neuro-linguistic training programs to help my mindset more and also to help train other people to succeed and overcome their mental blocks.
I would love to help you if you are starting a new business or already setup and running, especially if your business falls in the digital sector, whether in the areas of marketing, social media or advertising, or in pure technology platforms, hardware etc.
If you need me on a more official capacity within your company to advise and play a bigger part, I can take on non-executive director roles as long as the company is interesting to me.
